Our Compensation Fund gives traders added peace of mind and security when using our free service by ensuring they are protected up to €20,000 per complaint against their broker member.
The fund acts as a safety net in the rare event that a member broker fails to comply with a Finrev decision or becomes insolvent during the dispute resolution process.
This protection is automatically available to all traders who file complaints against Finrev member brokers — at no additional cost.

Our Dispute Resolution Committee reviews the case and issues a binding decision. Member brokers are obligated to comply with all decisions.
If a member broker fails to comply with the decision, the Compensation Fund is activated to compensate the trader up to €20,000.
Any trader who files a complaint against a Finrev member broker through our official dispute resolution process is automatically covered by the Compensation Fund.
The fund covers disputes of all monetary values up to the €20,000 maximum. There is no minimum claim amount required to be eligible.
The Compensation Fund only applies to complaints against Finrev member brokers. Traders of non-member brokers are not covered.
Claims found to be fraudulent, exaggerated, or made in bad faith are not eligible for Compensation Fund coverage.
